Exclusions:

The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, damage due to abuse or negligence, staining from strongly coloured foods or spices, melting caused by overheating, scoring of boards, or rusting of stainless steel.

• Condition of Return: The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• Notification Period: Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. The guarantee is effective from the original date of purchase and applies solely to the original product. In case of a replacement, the remaining guarantee period from the original purchase would apply.
